The FBE tank is constructed on-site by bolting together epoxy-coated steel panels. These epoxy-coated steel panels are high-strength materials formed by thermally curing epoxy powder onto the steel surface at approximately 200°C in the manufacturing plant. This technology offers advantages such as strong corrosion resistance, rapid installation, maintenance-free operation, and the ability to be dismantled and recycled.
Firefighting water storage is a special system that remains stationary most of the time, but must be put into immediate use in an emergency. Due to the material properties of epoxy coated steel tanks, they can ensure that long-term contact with fire-fighting water without causing corrosion, water pollution, or less of strength.
