Demountable, relocatable and reusable Glass-Fused-to-Steel Bolted Tanks

The steel substrate is coated with an enamel (glass) layer fired at high temperature, providing resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and to wear. The coating is formed at the factory and is not exposed to welding heat on site, ensuring stable anti-corrosion performance throughout the tank's full service life.

The bolted glass-fused-to-steel (GFS) tank requires no on-site welding. It is assembled using glass-fused-to-steel plates, special sealant, bolts and other fittings, and supports repeated dismantling, transport and reinstallation at a new site. It is highly suitable for temporary construction sites, infrastructure projects, temporary wastewater treatment stations, emergency response, and mobile wastewater treatment facilities.
