Municipal Sewage Wastewater Treatment Project

The project is located in Yinan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. It has a designed treatment capacity of 10,000 m³/d. In addition to domestic sewage from the service area, it primarily covers industrial wastewater from enterprises involved in slaughtering, meat processing, leather deep processing, spray painting, and other production activities.

The main equipment of the project consists of seven enamel bolted tanks. The manufacturing and installation period was 35 days, carried out by Lida Technology. The modular enamel steel plates were prefabricated at the processing plant, packed into containers, and transported to the site. The installation process was safe and efficient, ensuring quality control and a high degree of standardization. Compared to concrete tanks, this approach significantly shortened the project duration and enhanced the project's image. It effectively addressed challenges such as tight schedules and urgent tasks common in municipal emergency projects.
