About this Industrial Park Sewage and Rainwater Collection Pond Treatment Project, The primary focus of this project is the treatment of industrial park wastewater, which contains a chloride ion concentration as high as 28,000 mg/L. Given the characteristics of such high chloride levels, epoxy coated steel tanks (FBE bolted tanks) are the preferred choice. These tanks are constructed on-site by bolting together epoxy-coated steel panels.

The epoxy coating itself is a high-strength material formed by thermally curing epoxy powder onto the steel surface at approximately 200°C in the factory. This technology offers advantages such as strong corrosion resistance, rapid installation, maintenance-free operation, and the ability to be dismantled and recycled.

Epoxy assembled tanks are widely used in sectors such as potable water storage, industrial dry bulk storage, power, and chemical industries. Depending on customer requirements, tanks with capacities ranging from 100 cubic meters to 15,000 cubic meters can be manufactured.
