Set an Industry Record for Fastest Installation -- USAB Enamel Tanks for Malaysia Wastewater Project
The USAB enameled bolted tanks used in a Malaysian wastewater treatment plant were put into operation in just 5 days after arrival, setting a new industry record for rapid installation and representing a significant breakthrough in construction efficiency for default pre-operation wastewater treatment technology. This is not only a record for installation speed, but also a revolution in the construction model of traditional concrete wastewater tanks.

Why is it so amazing that it can be put into operation in just 5 days?
1.Ultimate modularity and prefabrication
All core components of the enamel prefabricated tank (enamel plates, bolts, sealant, etc.) are prefabricated with high precision and quality control in the factory.

On-site work is transformed from "construction" to "assembly," much like building with Lego bricks. This eliminates the lengthy processes required for traditional concrete structures, such as formwork, reinforcement binding, pouring, and curing (up to 28 days).
2.Revolutionary construction process
Day 1: Site preparation completed (foundation constructed and inspected in advance according to design), begin laying the base slab and assembling the first ring of wall panels.
Days 2-3: Tank wall panels assembled layer by layer, bolts tightened. Simultaneously, top supports, ladders, and other accessories are installed.
Day 4: Complete all sealing treatments (critical step), pipe connections, and equipment installation (such as the USAB anaerobic water distribution system, three-phase separator, and other core internal components).
Day 5: Conduct final leak testing, system commissioning, and water intake trial operation to achieve operational readiness.

Technological foundation: USAB anaerobic process + enamel storage tanks
USAB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket): This is a highly efficient and mature anaerobic wastewater treatment technology that effectively removes high concentrations of organic pollutants and generates biogas energy. Its core structure (influent distribution system, three-phase separator) is ideally suited for integration with standardized tanks.

Enameled Assembly Tank:
Durable and Corrosion-Resistant: The enamel glaze is fused to the steel plate at high temperatures, providing excellent corrosion resistance. It can withstand the corrosion of acids, alkalis, and hydrogen sulfide in wastewater, with a lifespan of over 30 years.
High Strength and Excellent Sealing: Specialized sealing materials and a scientifically designed bolt system ensure a leak-free tank.
Expandable and Relocatable: The modular design allows for future expansion or project relocation.
About the project of Malaysia wastewater treatment system:
Palm oil mills, rubber factories, and food processing plants in Malaysia generate large quantities of high-concentration organic wastewater, making them ideally suited for energy recovery and pretreatment using USAB technology.
Traditional Challenges: Southeast Asia's rainy climate and complex on-site construction conditions make traditional concrete construction time-consuming, difficult to control in terms of quality, and highly disruptive to the environment.
The Success of This Project: This demonstrates that in tropical climates and industrial environments, prefabricated assembly technology can significantly shorten factory downtime or construction cycles, helping clients quickly resolve environmental issues and resume/expand production.
