How to Install the Big Size of Storage Tanks in Short Time?
For traditional engineering projects, install the big size of storage water tanks usually need to build concrete water storage container first which will cost a lot and spend a lot of time (shows as picture below).
If needs to install the tanks within a relatively short construction period, considering the bolted storage water tanks should be good choice.
For bolted steel tanks, our factory provides 3 kinds of material to be choose.
1.The glass-fused-to-steel ( GFS ) tanks. It is a kind of bolted storage tank made from two materials: glass and steel. High-strength TRS (titanium-rich steel) plates and enamels are perfectly fused at high temperatures, forming a highly inert inorganic glaze layer. This coating system has excellent anti-corrosion properties and is the best choice for tank.
2.The stainless steel tanks. Stainless steel is an iron-based alloy containing more than 12% chromium and is resistant to corrosion by atmospheric and liquid media. Bolted stainless steel tanks utilize the corrosion resistance of stainless steel for a wide range of liquid and dry bulk storage applications
3.The epoxy coated steel tanks. Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) steel tank is a type of storage tank that features a layer of epoxy resin coating. The epoxy coating forms a strong and flexible thermoset polymer coating by melt curing the bonded epoxy resin and hardener at 200 degrees. This coating helps prevent corrosion and can protect stored fluid from contamination, making it ideal for storing a variety of fluids such as potable water, process, and wastewater storage.
Bolted steel tank is easy to be installed, it is made of steel panel, self-locked bolt, stiffener, sealant. The tank such as 500m³, usually needs 4~5 works spent 3 days for one.
Using bolted steel tanks, not only can save the instruction time, but also save labor, it is best choice for regions with high labor costs. Concrete building is unnecessary, what needed is the foundation such as below:

Adopt professional sealing gaskets and bolted compression structure, with good airtightness and watertightness; it is suitable for storing sewage, biogas slurry, chemical liquid, etc., and has high safety in anti-leakage and anti-pollution.
