    FBE involves electrostatically spraying powder onto steel plate preheated to 220–245°C, followed by melting and chemical cross-linking/curing.
    The coating bonds chemically to the steel, ensuring exceptional adhesion and eliminating the risk of delamination or blistering.
    It forms a seamless, dense film with minimal pinholes, offering resistance to water, chloride ions, and H₂S penetration that far exceeds that of on-site brush-applied epoxy coatings.

    Operating temperature: Single-layer FBE is suitable for long-term use at ≤85°C; the high-temperature dual-layer type withstands up to 120°C—offering ample performance margin for ambient-temperature water treatment applications.
    Smooth inner wall: Resists sludge accumulation and minimizes biofilm adhesion, ensuring cleaner drainage from the buffer tank and preventing clogging.
    ● Adapting to the operating characteristics of the buffer tank
    Surge tanks are subject to fluctuating pressures and frequent filling and discharging cycles; repeated pressure variations can cause fatigue cracking in standard paint coatings.
    In contrast, FBE forms a rigid, thermoset network structure upon curing, offering excellent fatigue and peel resistance—making it ideal for the pulsating pressure environments found at pump outlets.
